Production Time of bespoke and handmade pieces (excluding Ellani collections)

Michel’s Jewellery pieces are handcrafted specifically to your metal and size preference. This means we do not keep multiples of stock ready in our store. Not only do we create fine, handmade jewellery, we cover a wide range of services like repairs and restorations, remodelling and rhodium plating.  Because of this, please allow 8-12 weeks production time on handmade jewellery purchased from our site. On the rare occasion we may need longer to complete your purchase, we will contact you via e-mail or mobile number provided by you. To avoid any disappointment, if you are needing your item before the maximum production time please notify us the exact date before purchasing so we can confirm if production time is possible. * Please note that our production time for bespoke items may take longer than 12 weeks and will vary depending on the design and stones chosen.  

Shipping of bespoke and repair items

Michel's Jewellery ships worldwide. All shipping is sent via Australia Post. Packages will be registered, tracked and insured for shipment. We will send you your tracking number which you will be able to track live via www.auspost.com.au. Our international standard shipping can take anywhere between 5 and 15 working days to arrive. * Please note that shipping time does not include production time. Make sure you have allowed for both.

* Bespoke orders and repairs over a certain amount will include complimentary shipping to you. Contact us to find out more.
