Do you have a showroom I can visit?
All our work is done in our Bendigo studio at shop 25, Strath Village Shopping Centre, 134 Condon Street, Bendigo. We keep all of our designs here for local clients to come in. We also have an office in Melbourne (only by appointment) which we can meet with you to discuss any of our services.
Do you stock bigger ring sizes?
We accomodate for all sizes however, when purchasing a ring on our website we only list the average ring sizes. If you are wanting a ring bigger or smaller please make sure you fill out the Note form that will appear when you click the "Add To Cart" button. We also accomodate for half sizes.
can i return my jewellery?
Due to the nature of Michel's Jewellery pieces being handmade to order for each client, we are currently not accepting any returns or exchanges. Please see our Returns & Warranty page for information on our exceptions.
What are the shipping costs?

How do I find out my ring size?
For people who are not located near our studio we recommend going to your nearest jeweller to get your finger size. This service is normally free. If you are in the Bendigo or Melbourne region, come in and we will take your size for you free of charge (Melbourne office only by appointment). More information on sizing here.
I'm not local to your studio, Can I still get a bespoke item?
Our bespoke section is available for all clients worldwide. The process for our international and interstate clients is normally run via E-mail or Skype sessions. This allows us to communicate ideas better through images/videos of designs including dimensions. Please be mindful that this can be a lengthy process as we are determined to create your dream piece and make sure that nothing is left uncovered. More information on our process here.
