Our five-step process to iso friendly repairs and restorations.

Repairs and restorations are a field that we thoroughly enjoy in the jewellery trade. At Michel’s Jewellery we understand the importance of maintaining the condition of your sentimental pieces. Together in isolation, we have composed an easy step by step process for repair orders online to accomodate for our local customers. Additionally, we have now opened our orders to all customers worldwide through this process - something that we are excited to announce, proving that good things can come from uncertain times. 

Step One - Take photos of the item(s) of jewellery that you wish to be repaired by us. We encourage multiple angles of each piece being sent to us so we can properly analyse your repair needed. If you require a ring resize, simply contact us and we will organise a complimentary ring sizer to be sent to your door. Once done, send us your photos with a description of your requested repair to info@michelsjewellery.com.au.

Step Two - One of our friendly team members will get in contact with you ASAP to provide you with a preliminary assessment and free quote. This can be done through email or over the phone for your convenience.

Step Three - Once confirming your order, we will organise for you to send your jewellery to our Bendigo studio. Send your jewellery via registered mail with insurance and ensure all details are on the sealed envelope. For local customers, we will allow an arranged drop-off time if postage is an inconvenience.

Step Four - Once your job has been delivered to our studio, we will immediately reassess your piece(s) and confirm your quote. We will wait for a reconfirmation of your order, which we will only commence working on once we have received.

Step Five - Sit back and relax while we work hard on your repair. You will receive a notification from us when your job is ready, which we will ship to you free of charge.
